Owner and Director, Candace Thorne, has over 20 years experience helping individuals, organizations, and communities reach their goals. Candace has concentrated in the public sector working as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Program and Policy Analyst.
Candace focuses on results and specializes in strategic business operations and efficiencies. From strategic business planning to project management, Candace manages multi-faceted projects from inception to implementation.

What makes Candace highly effective is her ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. She is a natural leader and master communicator, possessing excellent communication skills, both oral and written. These skills have been developed with hands-on experience through continuous training and experience.
Candace has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, and a Business Analyst (BA) Certification. In addition, Candace is a certified PROSCI Change Management professional and is a registered PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Community service is important to Candace and she is an active member of her communities. Candace was a founding member of the National Military Family Council appointed by the Chief of Defence Staff and served as a member, Vice-Chair and Chair. In July 2013, she was awarded the Governor General's Sovereign's Medal for Volunteers for her work on behalf of military families.
Candace served as a Committee member for the Grant Review Committee of the City of Yellowknife and is a returning Board member for the MIKI'SIW Metis Association of the Comox Valley.
